Meet The Troupe

Conceived in 1999, the result of an illicitly torrid, one-night escapade gone comedically awry, the Tenderloins were birthed some 9 months thereafter. Armed with nothing more than their quick wit, good looks, and a mound of determination, the Tenderloins took to the streets; making a name for themselves by performing long-form Improv and sketch comedy to whoever would listen. These bastards have since grown up to become THE most exciting, hysterically funny, comedy troupe that New York City never wanted, and by no means asked for. And they’re here to stay!
While long-form Improv and sketch comedy are their forte, the Tenderloins can tailor their shows for any audience and venue to include a mix of both long and short-form Improv (or games), comedic films, and a ton of audience participation.

New York City is the Tenderloins’ stomping-ground and when they aren’t performing at comedy clubs and theaters in and around town, they can be found entertaining college audiences, teaching Improv workshops, and filming their own comedic shorts.
